Pre-Screening
An intended mother undergoes AMH, hormone, and follicle tests on day third of the menstrual period. The intended father undergoes semen analysis. If intended parents plan conceiving babies via surrogacy, we highly recommend intended parents to undergo STD tests. If intended parents have embryos available, please move to step 11.
Physician consultation
Once the results come out, Miracle Angels will initiate a consultation with an IVF physician for intended parents. The international intended parents could attend the consultation remotely.
IVF Cycle
Intended parents undergo IVF treatment as planned. If intended parents need donor eggs, only the intended father shall collect sperms at an IVF clinic. Miracle Angels will assist intended parents to transport the gametes, blood samples, and embryos to the facility in the United States, for FDA tests, egg donation, and surrogacy treatment. If intended parents use their eggs, please move to step 9.

Intended parents sign a retainer with Miracle Angels. Miracle Angels specialists will send egg donor profiles for intended parents, who meet the intended parents’ requirements. Intended parents could complete this step with step 2.
Official Match
Once intended parents select an ideal egg donor candidate, Miracle Angels will open an escrow account for the intended parents, and intended parents shall deposit the full amount funds to the escrow within a week.
Medical Screening
The egg donor undergoes physical and psychological evaluation at the IVF clinic or local clinic if a domestic donor performs egg donation at a United States clinic.
Legal Contract
MARG will introduce a professional ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) attorney to the intended parents to complete a legal contract with the egg donor. If the egg donor undergoes egg retrieval at a Japanese clinic, this step will be completed after the eggs are transported to a United States clinic.
Egg Retrieval
The egg donor or intended mother will undergo IVF cycle on day first of the menstrual period and take injectable medication prior to egg retrieval. The egg retrieval procedure is approximately on the twelfth of menstrual period.
Embryo Culture
The laboratory will screen the maturity of the eggs and perform single sperm injection (ICSI) on the same day of egg retrieval. Then culture the fertilized eggs in the laboratory for five or six days. If an egg donor is involved, this step will be completed at a United States facility.
Gametes/ Embryo Transportation and PGS/PGD
After eggs or embryos are available, Miracle Angels will assist intended parents transport gametes (eggs and sperms) or embryos via a certified biological transportation company to a United States facility for PGS/PGD test.

Intended parents sign a retainer with Miracle Angels. Miracle Angels specialists will send surrogates profiles for intended parents, who meet intended parents’ requirements and assist intended parents filling out intended parent applications.
Match Meeting
Once intended parents and surrogate candidates review each other’s profiles and keep interested in having a match. Miracle Angels will initiate a video conference for intended parents with the surrogate candidate.
Official Match
Once intended parents matched with an ideal surrogate candidate, Miracle Angels will open an escrow account for the intended parents, and intended parents shall deposit the first amount of funds to the escrow within a week.
Medical Screening
Surrogate candidate undergoes physical and psychological evaluation at IVF clinic at a United States clinic.
Legal Contract
MARG will introduce a professional ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) attorney to the intended parents to complete a legal contract with the surrogate candidate. Intended parents shall deposit a second fund in 10 business days after legal clearance.
Embryo Transfer
The surrogate will take injectable medication as prescribed by the IVF clinic prior to the embryo transfer procedure. The embryo transfer will be performed on day nineteenth of the surrogate's menstrual period approximately.
Beta Tests
The surrogate will undergo the first beta test on day twelfth after embryo transfer and repeat the test in forty-eight hours.
Heartbeat Confirmation
The Surrogate will undergo an ultrasound to confirm fetal heartbeats in ten days after beta tests.
Graduation
The surrogate will be monitored until the tenth week of pregnancy at the IVF clinic and graduate from the IVF clinic then undergoes prenatal care at a local OB office.
Parental Right
Miracle Angels will assist the ART attorney and intended parents to obtain a judgment of parental right over the baby at a court for intended parents between the twelfth and twentieth week of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Management
Miracle Angels will update intended parents for the surrogate’s pregnancy status and assist the intended parents in communicating with the surrogate.
Hospital Preparation
Miracle Angels will go over the detailed preparation at the delivery hospital, i.e., newborn insurance, cord blood storage, sixty days prior to the due date. Intended parents may have to deposit a third fund if applicable.
Delivery Assistance
Miracle Angels will assist the communication between hospital, surrogate and intended parents. Miracle Angels specialist will assist the intended parents in completing documents at the hospital.
Newborn Legal Documents
Miracle Angels will assist intended parents in obtaining legal documents related to newborn babies, i.e., original birth certificate, passport, travel document, and so forth. We are also introducing a local immigration attorney for baby registration if applicable.
